The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly. Complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. Convenient location next to a station and cab office. Comfortable bed led to a good night's sleep. Breakfast unfortunately missed, but everything else was excellent. 🌟

The beds are incredibly comfortable, with two great pillows instead of the usual one. The staff are friendly, helpful, and provide excellent service. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! First and foremost, the location was excellent as it is conveniently situated right next to the tube station. This made it super easy for me to explore the city and get around. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, everything was super clean and well-maintained. The breakfast spread was also great, with a wide range of cereals, fruits, and beverages available. Lastly, I cannot praise the staff enough. They were friendly, helpful, and provided me with the best customer service I've ever experienced.
